What Is Forever Clear BBL?
Forever Clear BBL™ is a Sciton light-based acne treatment delivered with the BBL HEROic handpiece. It uses light to target the bacteria and inflammation behind breakouts, rather than relying on creams or pills. Dr. Pabon’s team at Harmony Skin Care offers it at our Sarasota clinic.
How Forever Clear Treats Acne
Each visit uses three passes of light, each with a different job:
- Blue light targets acne-causing bacteria deep within the pores.
- Yellow light helps reduce inflammation and acne-related redness, and helps prevent new breakouts.
- Infrared light, delivered in rapid, gentle pulses, supports the skin’s natural healing and can help reduce the appearance of existing acne scars.

What Happens During a Session
