Harmony Skin Care is the brainchild of Julio E. Pabon MD, internationally recognized fertility specialist and successful microsurgeon.

“Harmony” holds a very special meaning of a quality of forming a pleasant and consistent whole. It is our medical expertise, holistic approach and superior outcomes all delivered in the pleasurable ambiance of a medical spa.

Julio E. Pabon, M.D.

Dr. Pabon attended college at The University of Texas at Austin. He graduated with honors and as a “College Scholar” of the College of Natural Sciences and received his medical education at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He proceeded with his internship at Univ. of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital, his residency training at The Univ. of Texas Health Science Center and completed his fellowship training at the University of Louisville in 1995.

Dr. Pabon’s guidance and supervision and our expertise in the laser and light technologies allows our spa to address cosmetic needs of our patients, women and men alike.

Angela Morgan

Angela Morgan is an experienced aesthetician and laser technician.  She brings 15 years of experience to Harmony Skin Care. Angela customizes each aesthetic and laser light treatment with the supervision of our medical director and laser safety officer. She strives to provide a comfortable and result oriented experience using the highest quality skin care products and technologies. 

Angela holds aesthetic licenses in Florida, Georgia and California She takes pride in continuing to educate herself in order to confidently treat all skin types and conditions. She also inspires others in her field as she is an instructor of aesthetics.
